For private events, our “Restaurant Exclusive” option can accommodate seated events for up to 170 guests and reception-style events for up to 225 guests, our “Main Dining Room Exclusive” option can accommodate seated events for up to 135 guests and reception-style events for up to 175 guests, and our “Coach Room” can accommodate seated events for up to 30 guests and reception-style events for up to 40 guests. For semi-private events, our “Red Coach Dining Area” can accommodate seated and reception-style events for up to 80 guests, our “Fireside Dining Area” can accommodate seated events for up to 30 guests and reception-style events for up to 40 guests, and our “Wayland Dining Area” can accommodate seated events for up to 55 guests and reception-style events for up to 65 guests. For a smaller semi-private option, our “Coach Table” seats up to 13 guests.

With so many summer activities on your schedule, it might be difficult to find time to plan a special shower for that bride-to-be. Coach Grill has a few easy options for you to choose from, including group dining and catering.

Host at the Restaurant

We are an elegant fine dining restaurant serving premium steaks, fresh seafood, and an array of wines and beverages. Pamper the bride with a special dinner, complete with a starter, entree, and dessert. Share the Baked Middle Neck Clams Casino with a crispy bacon and breadcrumb topping among the entire table. Then let the bride choose her main entree. All of our steaks and chops are served with a shallot and jam garnish and cooked to your liking. Accompany your meat of choice with a few hearty sides, such as the Lobster Mashed Potatoes or Gorgonzola Gnocchi. Finally, round off the meal with a dessert she won’t forget. The Butterscotch Bread Pudding and Skillet Cookie are warm and inviting, while the Mascarpone Cheesecake and Sorbet of the Day are light and airy.

If the bride has many friends and family members to invite, Coach Grill has several group dining packages. Pick one of our private or semi-private rooms to have the party in, and leave the cooking and decor up to us. Our building is full of history, having been open since the 1930s. All menus are customizable, which can be served plated-style or butler-style. Call ahead to start planning, as summertime can be busy with other catering events.  

Platters are Available

We understand that some brides want to have their showers in sentimental venues or even outdoors. Therefore, we have created an extensive list of pre-dinner or pre-lunch platters available to take home. Each one serves 10 or 25 people total, and range from seasonal fruits and vegetable dishes to juicy meat skewers. Platters must be ordered in advance and all items will be kept at the appropriate temperature at the time of pick-up.

Although many historians dispute their claim to the classic tune, one can not deny the songs popularity and social presence. The month of May is quickly approaching, and with it comes many springtime celebrations like Graduation. Coach Grill want to help you and your family create a lasting with three ways to celebrate graduation.

Traditional Family Meal

We have been serving family favorite meals in the New England area since the 1930’s. Your graduate will have the option to choose from our delicious and flavorful brunch, lunch, and dinner menus. If the graduation takes place on a weekday, our dinner menu includes classic like Braised Lamb Shank, Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, and a juicy selection of Steaks and Chops. Our restaurant sits on the original site of the Red Coach Grill, a favorite in the Massachusetts community, but was unfortunately destroyed by a fire in the 1970s. A few decades later, the grill was rebuilt and renamed as the Coach Grill, and old customers came flooding in with support. Locals and visitors alike admire our New England inspired menu and courteous staff and are truly the heart of this longtime establishment.

Serving at dinner every day and brunch and lunch on the weekends, the Coach Grill menu is comprised of a variety of steaks, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine collection. Some of our favorites includes starters like the Charcuterie Platter, a combination of cured meats, mozzarella, olives, and jams, and the Nueske’s Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, locally sourced and covered in applewood-smoked bacon. Order the Surf and Turf dinner entrée for taste of both the land and sea, featuring a juicy filet mignon and your choice of crab-stuffed shrimp, crab cake, or lobster tail.
